The college search is an exciting process, and we’re here to make your experience simple but valuable! ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ’s College has designed several different visit opportunities to meet you where you are on your journey. Register for an event below or request more information.

Now is the best time to visit ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ's College. To qualify for our new Courage Grant, simply apply, visit, and submit your FAFSA by March 1, 2026, and earn an additional $3,000* off your tuition. Keep submitting your FAFSA, and that amount will be awarded every year, meaning you’ll receive $12,000 in total that never has to be repaid.

Personal Visit

You Select the Day

A two-hour personal visit can be scheduled on weekdays on select times in the morning or afternoon throughout the year. Guided by our team of Admission Ambassadors, students will experience a private tour of campus and learn about the admission process and financial aid. If attending the morning session, students can have lunch in ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ's Court. Select Saturday group presentation visits are also available on Sept. 27, Oct. 4, Oct. 18, and Nov. 15.

Open House

June and November | Our Open House events mark the beginning of your college experience and give future Monarchs the chance to experience everything ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ’s College has to offer! Explore our beautiful campus, attend faculty academic and financial aid presentations, and enjoy lunch with our community. You’ll also have time to meet with coaches and student service professionals.

Transfer Tuesdays

December and January | Is your current school not feeling like the best fit? Attending a Transfer Tuesday session this summer will help you make your decision and streamline your transition to ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ’s College! Tour campus, consult with the Office of Financial Aid, meet with a transfer advisor to review your credits, and submit (or review) your application. To provide a customized and personal experience, limited spots are available.

Monarch for a Day

February and March | Our Monarch for a Day program lets interested high school seniors experience ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ’s College more personally and make their decision. Choose which session is right for you; each is designed around a different academic area to group you with students with similar program interests. Experience a full day on campus shadowing class, engaging with professors and students, and attending expanded information sessions. Get your final questions answered and enjoy lunch on campus. If you haven’t yet applied, you can do so on the spot or learn what next steps you’ll need to take if you’re interested in applying. The Office of Admission will provide a note to return to school.

Accepted Monarchs Day

March and April | It’s time to celebrate! By the spring, those who’ve already applied will know if they’re accepted to ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ’s College. We welcome all our future students back to campus to celebrate this exciting milestone and see campus again through the eyes of a Monarch. Choose from the Accepted Monarchs Day of your choice in March or April from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tour other parts of campus, attend more information sessions about living on campus and financial aid, and purchase new merchandise at Monarch Outfitters & Books. Most importantly, make your deposit to secure your spot for the fall semester! For those who haven’t yet visited campus in person, Accepted Monarchs Day is a great opportunity to take a full tour and meet with financial aid and admission staff. Save the date! This year, Accepted Monarchs Day will be held on both Saturday, March 28 and Sunday, April 12.

Should I Visit Again?

Whether you're from Wilkes-Barre or another state, we encourage you to visit campus a few times if it's possible. At a minimum, we recommend you kick off your search with Open House and, if you're accepted, return for Accepted Students Day in the spring to celebrate the beginning of your new journey! Each time you visit, you learn something new and get more comfortable with campus.

*The $3,000 Courage Grant is only awarded to enrolled students and will appear on your Financial Aid Offer when all three steps are completed by the March 1, 2026 deadline.
